Refund & Return Policy


At P723, all products are made on demand. This means each item is specially printed after your order is placed.


Return & Refund Eligibility:


We only accept returns or provide replacements in the following cases:


- Wrong product delivered

- Damaged or defective product received


To request a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.


Non-Returnable Cases:


- Change of mind (like/dislike)

- Incorrect size selection

- Slight color variation due to screen differences


Important Notes:


- We do not accept returns for size issues. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

- In most cases, we do not require the product to be returned. A replacement will be issued after verification.


Refunds:


- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.


Shipping Charges:


- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
