A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for printing. Please contact us at gnewstalk@gmail.com as soon as possible.
🚚 Shipping
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days across India. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Q: Do you ship outside India?
A: Currently, we only ship within India.
📏 Sizing
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: All our t-shirts are oversized fit. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page. If you prefer a regular fit, we recommend sizing down by one size.
Q: What sizes are available?
A: We offer sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL for all our t-shirts.
Q: The size chart shows chest measurements — how do I measure?
A: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal. Compare with our size chart for the best fit.
👕 Product & Quality
Q: What fabric are your t-shirts made of?
A: Our t-shirts are made from 100% premium cotton — either 180 GSM or 240 GSM depending on the product. Details are mentioned on each product page.
Q: Will the print fade after washing?
A: Our prints are high quality and long-lasting. Follow the wash care instructions (cold wash, no bleach, avoid ironing on print) to maintain the print quality.
Q: Are your products made on demand?
A: Yes, all our products are made on demand, which means each order is freshly printed just for you!
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns only in case of wrong or damaged products. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos to gnewstalk@gmail.com.
Q: Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind, as products are made on demand. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
